Kyle has been a licenced realtor for over 11 years with intimate knowledge of residential, construction, investment, development and commercial properties. He is an Island native who moved to Victoria since 1997, married since 2004 and currently lives in View Royal with his wife Meghan and 3 young daughters.
Kyle is a member of the Victoria Real Estate Board’s Commercial division and is co-founder of the Victoria Real Estate Team, NAI Commercial’s residential sales division.
Further to this Kyle is a licensed HPO builder having completed a variety of new homes and renovations in the region. He and his wife also operate a development company for their personal properties and as consultants for clients in need of subdivision, variance and re-zoning applications.
Outside of real estate they own and operate retail/food service operations, a variety of other income generating and development properties.
Through his experience in so many aspects of real estate and business, Kyle is an invaluable asset to guide his clients through feasibility study to land procurement, development to construction and marketing.

Steve began his career in residential sales. After gaining a vast amount of knowledge in residential and investment property development, he built his own profitable property portfolio. Steve can help you with the sale and purchase of single family homes, residential investment properties or development sites. He is also our resident business guru, with a background in finance and marketing, and solid experience analyzing income statements and creating profitability projections. Steve expertly manages our online marketing too, and is a specialist in marketing for pre-built construction.
